Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days, unless otherwise stated.

Shipping Methods

We ship via:

• FedEx

• USPS

• LTL Freight (for large/heavy items)

Some products ship directly from our distributors or manufacturers.

Freight Shipments

Large items (heaters, pumps, furniture) may ship via freight and include:

• Curbside delivery only

• Adult signature required

• Customer inspection required at delivery

Any visible damage must be noted on the delivery receipt.

Local Pickup

Local pickup may be available for select items. Customers will receive pickup instructions once the order is ready.

Shipping Restrictions

• Chemical products may be restricted to local pickup only

• We currently ship within the continental United States only
